Understanding Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically and provide immediate access upon successful purchase. Unlike physical goods, e-books and digital materials cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, as customers receive instant, permanent access to the content upon download.
E-books specifically are intellectual property delivered in digital format (PDF, EPUB, etc.) that can be accessed immediately after payment confirmation. Once downloaded, the content becomes available to the purchaser indefinitely.
Our 30-Day Refund Policy

We offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase only in the following circumstances:

Technical failures in our delivery system that prevent access

Non-Refundable Situations

Duplicate purchases or accidental multiple orders
Content expectations not matching personal preferences
Difficulty understanding the material or concepts
Lack of time to read or implement the content
Already downloaded and accessed the complete files
Market changes affecting the relevance of strategies

Upon successful payment, you receive immediate and permanent access to all purchased digital content. This constitutes delivery of the complete product.
30-Day Window
All eligible refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be processed.
Processing Time
